CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES

The Children’s Ministry at FUMC Royse City is an exciting and dynamic program that seeks to teach children about the love of Jesus Christ and how they can live out His message for them in their daily lives. We focus on making sure each child feels loved, appreciated and special in the eyes of our Lord and Savior – and those of the church. We offer a variety of programs to encourage and instruct the children of the community and surrounding areas.

CHILDREN'S SUNDAY SCHOOL 9:45

Preschool Class (ages 3 – 4 years) – Our loving and devoted teachers concentrate on favorite Bible stories taught in a fun and engaging manner. The curriculum is developed especially for this age group and incorporates play, music and art.

Crossroads Square (Kindergarten – 4th Grade) – Kids leave Crossroads talking about how much fun they had! But at the same time they were learning important Bible stories and principles they can live out on a daily basis. Children in Crossroads study the same biblical principles over a several week period.

Class (5th – 6th Grade) – Children of this age, have changing viewpoints and many questions as they begin to consider and experience more challenging situations. The curriculum for this class reaches them right where they are and discusses topics that they will encounter in their lives at school, at home or with their friends.

JESUS AND ME (J.A.M.) WEDNESDAYS 6:30 (during school year)

Our Wednesday night program has been a big part of the ministry of this church for many years. This casual, high-energy environment will get your kids excited about learning about God’s love for them. Valuable lessons are taught through a variety of activities including games, lessons and fun events. Join us during the school year for a Snack Supper ($3) at 6:00. At 6:30 we offer classes for all ages Preschool – Adults. A nursery is available infants and toddlers
